Based in beautiful Burbank, California, Holiday Supply fills the growing demand for large size commercial holiday decorations for Christmas, Halloween, and more. We carry giant props that make decorating easy and bring the WOW! factor to your store, park, home, or event.
Our items are made of polyester resin, reinforced with fiberglass for additional strength. Resin fiberglass is a very versatile medium and is used in many different industries. From surfboards to speed boats, fiberglass is the go-to material because of its weight, price, and durability.
All of our products are completely made by hand with the aid of a mold. The mold contains a hollow cavity in the desired shape and is filled with resin, fiberglass, and hardeners. This mixture hardens after which a solid shape can be ejected from the mold. After exhaustive sanding, each product is painted by hand by our skillful artists. We use superior paints like polyurethane, automotive lacquers, and acrylics to add extra protection and durability.
Our products are the highest quality fiberglass statues in the world.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Who buys these things? People with excellent taste! Kidding aside, most of our business comes from theme parks and professional and home decorators. We are located in Los Angeles so we occasionally do some business with the studios.
How do I place an order? Call or email with your list of items. I will put together a sales order with a shipping quote and email it back to you. If everything looks good, we can move forward.
Are they ok for outdoor use? They are made of fiberglass resin and use a high quality outdoor safe paint. While they have some UV protection, I always advise clients to reapply seasonally.
How do you handle damages? While damages are rare, they do happen from time to time. We have a few options – discount, replace, or refund. If it is something you feel comfortable touching up yourself or it’s only a small ding, I can offer you a discount. We work out a number that you feel is fair and I will either send you a check or issue the credit directly to your card. If the damage is severe and a discount won’t work, we can look at either replacement or refund. If I have extra inventory of your item in stock, I will gladly replace. If there isn’t any stock left, we will need to refund.
What is your return policy? Because of the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If you feel a product was grossly misrepresented in the photos or by us (I have never had this happen), we can possibly work out some kind of discount.
What are the pay terms? Pay terms are 50% deposit with the balance due at the time of shipping.
Do you have a showroom? Though not technically a showroom, I do have a warehouse in Burbank, CA that has a fluctuating inventory. I would be happy to show you a few things that I have in stock if you are in the area. The warehouse is open by appointment only.
When will I get my items? It depends on when you place your order. Early orders placed before April 1st will usually be available to ship around August 1st. Later orders will usually be ready to ship around Oct 1st.
Can you explain the pricing numbers in your product descriptions?
Our pricing breaks down into two parts:
Product cost – This is the price of the item itself.
Ocean freight and import duties – This covers the cost of shipping the item by container from overseas, plus any applicable import tariffs.
The freight and duty estimate is based on average costs for shipment in a 40-foot container. Keep in mind that the actual amount can vary depending on your location and the time of year—freight costs tend to be lower from January through May and increase during the peak shipping season starting in June. Import tariffs may also change periodically.
